With over 30 years of financial advisory experience, Diran Bandazian, a seasoned finance executive with a CPA background, has served both small businesses and Fortune 500 giants, like The Walt Disney Company, Hasbro, Inc. and Intuit, Inc.

Throughout his career, Diran has demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and comprehensive financial advisory services. He excels in value-added business support, finance, accounting, governmental funding, and auditing, consistently delivering outstanding results.

​

As a fractional CFO for local businesses, Diran leverages his extensive knowledge to enhance efficiency and profitability.  Notably, he has secured approximately $1million in Federal and State grants and loan programs for his clients, while implementing robust fiscal management practices and optimizing cash flow.

Diran's corporate roles included Vice-President/CFO at Hasbro Studios, Director of Finance at Walt Disney Animation Studios,  and various Directorial positions at the Walt Disney Studios, and an Advanced Certified Expert at Intuit Quickbooks.  Before his corporate roles, he honed his accounting and auditing skills at Urbach, Kahn & Werlin, a regional CPA firm based in Washington, D.C.

Outside of work Diran serves on the Board of Directors for Ride On Therapeutic Horsemanship and the R&H Magarian Endowment Fund.  He graduated with honors from The American University in Washington, D.C., passing all four parts of the CPA exam in his initial sitting.
